Every­thing DiSC Sales is a two-day pro­gram that pro­vides an in-depth, research-validated online assess­ment in a per­son­al­ized 22-page sales-specific report that helps sales­peo­ple under­stand them­selves, the cus­tomer, and their relationship.

Par­tic­i­pants bring with them an out­line of one of their actual key cus­tomers. The ses­sion con­sists of three mod­ules focused on  get­ting sales­peo­ple to under­stand their own DiSC behav­ioral  sell­ing style, the buy­ing style of their key cus­tomer, and how to inte­grate this insight within their strat­egy for that account. The mod­ules are capped with a real life appli­ca­tion. Par­tic­i­pants plan a sales call with their key cus­tomer, and then role play that sales call with their peers.
