Participants bring with them an outline of one of their actual key customers. The session consists of three modules focused on getting salespeople to understand their own DiSC behavioral selling style, the buying style of their key customer, and how to integrate this insight within their strategy for that account. The modules are capped with a real life application. Participants plan a sales call with their key customer, and then role play that sales call with their peers.
