GrowthSource provides Executive Coaching services specifically to address certain leadership behaviors and actions identified by superiors, colleagues, and direct reports as limiting the Executive’s ability to perform to the expectations your company has for their role as a leader within your company, the broader business environment, and their potential as a seasoned executive within the industry.
Through a series of Phases we will identify outcomes and development goals for achieving outcomes for the Executive’s behavioral leadership within their role.
Phase I: Identify
Identify specific development goals for achieving outcomes, discuss overall performance, identify key stakeholders to serve as ‘feed forward committee’, and review previous coaching engagements implemented. Implement Lead 20/20 360° survey, shadowing Executive in day-to-day interactions with team and colleagues.
Phase II: Discovery
With the Lead 20/20 360° survey results and conducting follow-up interviews with Key Stakeholders, we will gain information and insight to validate the goals and identify actions needed for the Executive.
Phase III: Planning a Course of Action
Identify and implement an action plan (Methods/Approaches/Techniques) and milestones for achieving development outcomes. Identify resources needed (time, internal or external assistance, etc.), determine barriers to success and establish tradeoffs to mitigate them and align actions and resources with Key Stakeholders as needed.
Phase IV: Action and Application
Will be accomplished by weekly coaching calls, additional days of shadow visits, two rounds of Key Stakeholder Feed forward calls, Executive progress reporting , continue Action Plan implementation and application.
Phase V: Post Implementation Review
Establish performance and progress against leadership outcomes and developmental goals, re-administration of Lead 20/20 360° Survey, conduct follow-up interviews with Key Stakeholders, review results with Executive and the final Executive progress report. We will mutually come to a decision point – end engagement or continue with revisions.
