Growth­Source pro­vides Exec­u­tive Coach­ing ser­vices specif­i­cally to address cer­tain lead­er­ship behav­iors and actions iden­ti­fied by supe­ri­ors, col­leagues, and direct reports as lim­it­ing the Executive’s abil­ity to per­form to the expec­ta­tions your com­pany has for their role as a leader within your com­pany, the broader busi­ness envi­ron­ment, and their poten­tial as a sea­soned exec­u­tive within the industry.

Through a series of Phases we will iden­tify out­comes and devel­op­ment goals for achiev­ing out­comes for the Executive’s behav­ioral lead­er­ship within their role.

Phase I: Identify

Iden­tify spe­cific devel­op­ment goals for achiev­ing out­comes, dis­cuss over­all per­for­mance, iden­tify key stake­hold­ers to serve as ‘feed for­ward com­mit­tee’, and review pre­vi­ous coach­ing engage­ments imple­mented. Imple­ment Lead 20/20 360° sur­vey, shad­ow­ing Exec­u­tive in day-to-day inter­ac­tions with team and colleagues.

Phase II: Discovery

With the Lead 20/20 360° sur­vey results and con­duct­ing follow-up inter­views with Key Stake­hold­ers, we will gain infor­ma­tion and insight to val­i­date the goals and iden­tify actions needed for the Executive.

Phase III: Plan­ning a Course of Action

Iden­tify and imple­ment an action plan (Methods/Approaches/Techniques) and mile­stones for achiev­ing devel­op­ment out­comes. Iden­tify resources needed (time, inter­nal or exter­nal assis­tance, etc.), deter­mine bar­ri­ers to suc­cess and estab­lish trade­offs to mit­i­gate them and align actions and resources with Key Stake­hold­ers as needed.

Phase IV: Action and Application

Will be accom­plished by weekly coach­ing calls, addi­tional days of shadow vis­its, two rounds of Key Stake­holder Feed for­ward calls, Exec­u­tive progress report­ing , con­tinue Action Plan imple­men­ta­tion and application.

Phase V: Post Imple­men­ta­tion Review

Estab­lish per­for­mance and progress against lead­er­ship out­comes and devel­op­men­tal goals, re-administration of Lead 20/20 360° Sur­vey, con­duct follow-up inter­views with Key Stake­hold­ers, review results with Exec­u­tive and the final Exec­u­tive progress report. We will mutu­ally come to a deci­sion point – end engage­ment or con­tinue with revisions.
