Most organizations take a big box approach to leader and employee development.  At GrowthSource, we call such investments ‘Drive-by’ training. Such generic and event-base training does little to embed needed change and drive individual commitment. Drive-by training does nothing to reinforce and sustain behavior change.

GrowthSource takes a ‘Live-by’ approach to leader and employee development – one that requires multiple levels of organization and individual commitment, is deeply personal, and focuses on meaningful & sustained behavior change.

Most of us consistently apply preferred behaviors in our work. This predictable behavioral approach in the face of a dynamic environment often results in individual performance that is increasingly difficult to sustain. This is a real challenge and presents a type of Performance Paradox for organizations.

Our work is focused on enabling clients to Re-wire Success by enabling managers and professionals to Re-imagine their role, Re-engineer their approach to that role, and Re-build the behavioral skills that will drive predictable and sustained performance.

The result is a new Re-wired Performance Paradigm: Where individual behaviors are consistently adaptable, and individual performance becomes predictably consistent.
